Detroit-born, purpose-driven, & all heart, Winetta “Win” Williams is a powerhouse of mentorship, structure, & faith-centered leadership. She’s a proud wife, mother, dancer, mentor, & founder of multiple brands & nonprofits built around empowerment & personal excellence.
Winetta created Princess Chyil over 15 years ago to teach girls etiquette, confidence, and leadership. Today she leads multiple initiatives serving youth, women aging out of foster care, and creatives ready to lead with purpose.
From mentoring programs to media production to corporate leadership, Winetta blends her background in Public & Business Administration with real-life impact.
Now, as a BrightPath Partner, she mentors creators who want to build real income without selling out, & without leaving their values behind.
